performance growth, maintenance, and all around wellness. His training style is customized to the client’s goals and needs; whether it be building overall strength, losing weight, or just getting back into a routine.
He is not limited to sport specific training; but is also a strong advocate for exercise for general mental
and physical wellness. His down to earth demeanor and quiet intensity allows him to be successful with
all age and needs. He specializes in lacrosse and sailing, but enjoys helping all ages grow.
