Dennis Quelch has been training with the Bridge to Fitness family since 2012 when he started the Bridge to Fitness Running Club. Dennis is certified through the Road Running Club of America (RRCA) and the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) and offers full body fitness training with a specialty in aerobic endurance. Dennis believes a strong endurance-based cardiovascular system and the development of lean muscle is the key to a highly powered metabolism which fuels weight loss and fitness elevation.
As an active plant-based athlete, Dennis still competes in marathons and triathlons and truly loves sharing his experiences with those new to fitness, or those looking to improve on an already established baseline. Dennis uses a kind and compassionate approach to training focusing on improving oneself through motivation and challenging self-perceived limits to bring clients to their next level of fitness. Dennis is available for all of your fitness needs, whether you are training for your first running or triathlon event, looking to lose weight and build muscle, or simply want someone to guide you through the process of becoming healthy.
