Ashleigh is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in general fitness, youth fitness/conditioning, sport specific training and performance training. Ashleigh’s understanding of strength training, metabolic training/conditioning, functional human movement and balance and flexibility training makes her the perfect choice to customize and design programs to meet her clients specific goals and needs.
Ashleigh’s knowledge is also enhanced through her experience as an athlete, and now as a coach and trainer. She has a love of athletics and competed in alpine ski racing collegiately, soccer and track. Ashleigh graduated with her BA/Certification in elementary education and was a teacher for 12 years before staying home to raise her 3 kids. She is devoted to developing a love for fitness for all ages.
