Anthony is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has worked with a wide variety of individuals. He has pulled knowledge and inspiration from the world class trainers he has worked with in the past. Previously he worked at a premier athletic club in Tampa Bay, while also working in the club house for the New York Yankees during their time at spring training the previous two seasons.
From world class athletes, to the average soccer mom, Anthony believes in building individuals from the ground up. He promotes obtaining proper mobility and functional core strength as initial steps when training individuals, while also keeping the workouts fun and challenging.
His specialty is developing athletes for sports specific performance, however he still finds working with general population clients extremely rewarding.
