There are numerous group exercise and spinning classes throughout the day, free of charge whether you have an annual membership plan or just a day pass.
We also offer a variety of membership plans to meet your needs, and with Bridge to Fitness there’s never an initiation fee. Lockers, changing rooms and stalled showering facilities are available free of charge.

- I've been to a few gyms on the island but I have to say Bridge To Fitness is hands down my favorite. I have been a member for a few years and now I have the opportunity to work here. I get to meet awesome people and the workout environment is really motivating. There are many great classes to choose from and trainers who are willing to help you reach your goals! I have found my gym family and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience.
- I can't say enough good things about Bridge to Fitness. Michael, Lisa and the entire staff have created a wonderful place to go and work out. With the help of my great trainer, Karen Massaro , who I met at Bridge, I have rehabilitated a total knee joint replacement and lost 30 pounds. I'm 50 and in better shape now than when I was a student/athlete in college. Hands, down, the best gym I've ever been in. Many thanks!

- I spent my summers in Newport while training for collegiate alpine ski racing. I could always count on Mike whipping me into the best shape of my life each summer. His Olympic Challenge class is one of the best classes I have ever taken. Bridge To Fitness had great variety and options for nutritional consultation too. I doubt there is a better gym out there with a more dedicated staff and a more motivated following!

Bridge is a great place that is more than a gym, it's a community of people supporting each other. Working out with Mike is a blast, I almost laugh as much as I sweat. - Great atmosphere! Owners, workers and members are all very friendly. I love how clean the equipment and the facility is. A nice perk is the classes that really make you feel burn. I also love that in the summer they have an outdoor area that forces you to work out and enjoy the weather at the same time. The community that this gym creates outside of the facility is great too as they sponsor and help out with local events and races. Membership is also very very affordable! I definitely recommend joining here! You cannot go wrong 🙂
- For someone that has been out of the gym scene for a LONG time and apprehensive to go back, the staff, members and especially my trainer Michael Cecchi have been very supportive and encouraging, especially for someone who has not worked out on a consistent basis. The atmosphere is very welcoming and non-intimidating. Michael is great at motivating you and helping you to achieve your goals, while at the same time taking into consideration where you are at physically and mentally. I highly recommend this gym, it's clearly the BEST around.

- I recently came across this gym in March, it only took one class for me to fall in love. The class options are what lured me in but it's the trainers and other gym members that made it easy to do high intensity workouts for a hour because we laugh just as much as we sweat. Friendly, very clean, and hours to meet anyone's schedule. There's a great selection of classes, (I love the YOGA) and all are free with membership. There's a reason they are always ranked #1, because they care about staying there.
- Love this gym. A great variety of members in skill and age, first class employees and trainers and everything needed to get and stay healthy including chiropractic and nutritional counseling on the premise. The gym also offers an impressive spectrum of classes from spinning and yoga to TKO and their olympic challenge level all included free with membership!
- BTF is the most welcoming workout community! Equipment is always in great condition, classes are fun and challenging, and at 9 months pregnant the trainers have given me great advice on how to keep my body performing its best. GREAT Gym!

- Love this gym! Bridge has sommuch to offer - cardio room, outdoor obstacles/equipment, free weights, strength training machines, and my personal favorite...the amazing classes. They offer a wide variety of classes, including spin, kickboxing, yoga, cardio bootcamps, Tabata, and so many more. The instructors are incredible! They challenge you, but also modify each class to your level. The best part of Bridge is the community-feeling you get the second you walk in the door. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone!
- I lived in Newport for 2 years and Bridge to Fitness was my sanctuary. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly. I love it that it has a very homey feel. I trained with Mike and he taught me things that I didn't know and I was a professional athlete at one time. I have moved away sadly and when I think of my time in Newport, I brighten up when I think of BTF.
- B2F is truly one the great gyms that I have ever been a member at. It has everything that you need from classes to cardio but what sets it apart is the staff and community feeling you get each and everytime that you walk in the door. Amazing and keep up the hard work!!!
- Bridge is awesome. I've known Mike for about 25 years and he is a great guy with a great family and for that reason alone is enough for me to go there. But in all honesty it has the 3 main things that are musts for me and that is: 1. variety of equipment- it has more than plenty to offer so you can continue to change up workouts and never get stale 2. atmosphere- I like being there. (period) 3. very reasonable rates- I took some time off (2 years) and when I went back to join I was nervous about the cost but it really is as good as it gets. It may be a little more than the Y but there are never young kids walking in bouncing basketballs either. Bottom line...its a great gym and I will continue to be a member. There is nothing I dislike about it.
- I have been a member since B2F opened in their current location over 10 years ago. Great staff, friendly environment and generally fun place to be for a work out. Highly recommended and very clean which is not always easy to find. Spin, cardio, lifting, yoga, personal training, group workouts and more. Check it out!

I absolutely love BTF, there are always fun challenges or activities to partake in to help you get motivated and stay committed. I love the differences and variety of classes there both time wise and activity wise. There is always a friendly face to greet you when you walk in the door, always a fun challenge to participate in and someone to motivate you to take a class or push your workout to the next level. Working out at BTF is motivating, fun, exciting and most importantly is gaining another family!

I have worked out at so many gyms both on and off the Island, that being said, Bridge to Fitness is hands down the best. First off, it is the cleanest, most up to date, and well kept facility around. Secondly, the staff at BTF is wonderful, I have never been as respected, as as a member as I have been by Mike, Lisa, and the other managers and staff at BTF. BTF is a family, I like that! If you are looking for a gym that will support you it's the place, BTF has so much to offer from its many groupX classes to its variety of personal trainers, and clubs/camps on the other hand, if you are just looking for a gym you can walk into, feel comfortable and do your thing it is perfect for that too. Most importantly, I find BTF to be the only gym fit for someone of any fitness level. Whether you are an elite athlete or you have never stepped foot in a gym before, there is something about BTF that makes you feel comfortable and like you are in the right place. As a runner, I am so grateful for Mike and the other knowledgable team at BTF, the up-to-date equipment/machines, the awesome classes and the friendly atmosphere at Bridge. I would hands-down recommend BTF over any gym on the Island.

I have been going to Bridge to Fitness and training with Lisa Cecchi for about 6 years now and it has been an extremely positive experience. Every trainer and employee at the gym is friendly and very professional. The recent renovations and new equipment has greatly improved my workout experience. The gym is always clean and the vast selection of workout classes allows all members to find their own personal niche. The gym provides its members with an upbeat environment and a sense of community. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym!
